Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

• We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier services, including Australia Post and other reputable carriers where appropriate.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• NSW: 2–5 business days
• Interstate: 3–8 business days
• Regional & Remote Areas: Delivery may take a little longer.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

Packaging

We believe in giving quality clothing a second life. Whenever possible, we use clean, recycled packaging materials to help reduce waste while ensuring your purchase is well protected.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in tracking your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional postage costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
